Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rabbit Breeding Calculator app ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Rabbit Breeding Calculator is a rabbitry management application that helps rabbit breeders track breeding, litters, pedigrees, health, finances, and related records. The app stores your data in the cloud and syncs it across your devices.

2. Accounts

To use the app, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be at least 18 years old, or to use the app with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Subscription and Free Trial

The app offers a 7-day free trial, after which continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play at the price shown in the app.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account under Payments & subscriptions.
Your saved data remains in your account whether or not you have an active subscription, subject to these Terms.

Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

4. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data and content you enter into the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records. We provide tools to back up and export your data, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups of important information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation
Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its features

6. Breeding Guidance Disclaimer

The app provides estimated dates, calculations, and reminders (such as gestation and due dates) as general guidance based on the information you enter. These are estimates only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. You are solely responsible for the care and health decisions regarding your animals. We are not liable for any outcomes related to breeding, animal health, or business decisions made using the app.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the app running reliably but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. Cloud sync depends on internet connectivity and third-party providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or livestock, arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
