This page explains how to delete your Rabbit Breeding Calculator account and the data associated with it.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data in either of these ways:

1. In the app (fastest)
Open the app, go to Settings → Account, and choose the delete account option. Your account and all records are removed immediately.

2. By email
Send a deletion request from your account's email address to sarimportfolio@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account." We will process your request and permanently delete your account, usually within 7 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account and login details (email, password)
• Your profile and rabbitry information
• All rabbit profiles, photos, breeding records, matings, litters, pedigrees, weights, health records, tasks, show results, and financial ledger entries
• All files and images stored in your account

Data Retention

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, none of your data is retained, except where we are required to keep limited records by law (for example, subscription payment records held by Google Play, which are outside our control). If you want a copy of your data before deleting, use the export/backup option in the app first.
